The proposal disables borrowing by calling disableBorrowingOnReserve on the LendingPoolConfigurator using the address and parameters specific to each token.

The proposal sets the liquidation bonus, LTV and liquidation threshold ratios by calling configureReserveAsCollateral on the LendingPoolConfigurator using the address and parameters specific to each token.
